Hate-voting for Christ is an oxymoron if there ever was one.

Hate-voting is the fine art of defaming the people you disagree with in order to punish, diminish and hurt them. Hate-voting destroys your Christian witness. When you say you are a Christian, other people will judge Jesus by you. When you spout a steady stream of invective aimed at people you disagree with politically, you are telling the world that following Jesus means being full of hate, rage and engaging in slander.

Hate-voting destroys your witness for Christ. It also separates you from Him in your heart.

I have no right to attack other people in the name of Christ and neither do you. As the bumper sticker says, we aren’t perfect; we’re forgiven. Stop for a moment. Think honestly about your own sins. You deserve to go to hell. So do I. We are saved, by the horrible price…

Be Better Not Bitter

Today, I decided to make the most of my day. It may be all I have left anyway!.

Depression, came and tried to lurk my way, I told it to go away.

Sin tried to come through the door, that’s when I put my

knees to the floor and said a prayer. I told sin you are no longer

welcomed here anymore.

Then a knock at the door, are you for real?

It was “The Bills” trying to enter in and find some

place to lay. I gave them to God, for He will make a way.

I open the fridge and it appeared very bare, now

what will I do? I opened my bible and said Lord, I have little

ones to feed.  I know you shall supply all my needs. So

you see I am making the most of my day, taking time

to pray and…

Be Better Not Bitter

Hebrew 4:13 Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

God sees you when you clicked the like button without reading the post, it is called being untruthful. Then how can God trust you in heaven with His works? How could you not have anything to say about God?

God sees you not answering the phone call of someone who suppose to be your friend. How can He trust you to answer His calls. He reminds us to love thy neighbor.

God sees how you treat your spouse by not submitting to him, or not spending time with her. What if God isolated you and stop tending to your needs?

God sees you when you are smiling in a person’s face but gossiping behind their back. Is this the…

“Make us like you
Make beauty of us
Born of hope, faith and love
and then send us

Send us where it is hardest to love
Because there is so much to hate

Send us where the lies deafen
And truth is only a whisper

Send us where the ugly blinds
And beauty is used and discarded

Send us where the pain is deepest
And hope is nearly gone

Send us to love where love is dead
And resurrection is our only hope…”

Two wolves

Two Wolves

One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people.

He said, “My son, The battle is between two ‘wolves’ inside us all.

One is Evil.

It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment Inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego.

The other is Good.

It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.”

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf wins?”

The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you feed.”

This is a story I have read in one amazing place.

Place where people love each other.

Place where people cherish each others gifts givenn by God.

Place where I feel happy.

There is a beloved child of God called Robin.

That child gave us this story.
